Reward and recognise the people who boost your server, without tracking roles and anniversaries by hand.

Reward and recognise the people who boost your server, without tracking roles and anniversaries by hand.

Set it up

  1. 1Open Supporters and enable it. QREATE reads who is boosting from Discord and lists them, including people who were already boosting before you switched it on.
  2. 2Build a Reward Pack: pick what a supporter gets, from a role, XP, reputation, coins, an achievement, a public thank you, or a direct message.
  3. 3Set the milestones you care about (7, 30, 90, 180 and 365 days are offered) and decide what happens when somebody stops boosting.

What to know

  • Discord tells us when a member started boosting, not how many boosts they bought. So QREATE can say somebody has supported you for four months and will never claim a per-person boost count. Your server's total boost count and its tier are real and are shown as the server's.
  • Rewards are given once. A duplicated Discord event, a restart, or the hourly repair pass cannot pay somebody twice.
  • Roles can be taken back when support ends. Reputation, coins and achievements cannot: they stay, and the page says so rather than offering a removal that would do nothing.
  • A pack that manages four of its five actions is not marked as done. The fifth is listed with the reason it failed, on the first screen, so you find out from the dashboard and not from the member.
  • Before a pack can be switched on, QREATE checks it can do what the pack asks: that the roles sit below QREATE in your role list, that it can post in the recognition channel, and that the modules the rewards use are switched on.
  • The grace period is for a boost that lapses over billing timing. During grace the member keeps their temporary roles, and a resumed boost cancels the pending removal by itself.
  • If somebody was already boosting before QREATE arrived, their current period starts from the date Discord gives us. QREATE does not invent earlier periods it never saw.
Note. Prefer to build it yourself? The Automations editor has boost triggers, reward actions and a supporter condition, and they call the same services.
