Enable push notifications

Get QREATE alerts on your phone or desktop — including on iPhone via Add to Home Screen.

QREATE can send web push notifications straight to your device: platform announcements, maintenance windows, and updates about your own tickets and servers. You choose exactly which events you want, per device, under Dashboard → Account → Notifications.

Turn it on (any browser)

  1. 1Open Dashboard → Account → Notifications (the Notifications tab on your account page).
  2. 2Under This device, tap Enable on this device.
  3. 3Approve the browser permission prompt when it appears.
  4. 4Pick which events you want under What you get notified about — toggle each on or off.
Tip. Each browser/device is separate. Enable it once per phone, laptop or tablet you want alerts on — they all show up under My devices, and you can remove any of them anytime.

Why My devices sometimes lists more than you own

A subscription belongs to a browser, not to your account. A new browser profile, a reinstall, or clearing site data creates a fresh entry, and the old one stays behind looking identical. Each entry shows when it was Added and when it was last Confirmed, which is the last time that browser opened this page and proved it still holds the subscription.

  • Confirmed with a recent date: that browser is still listening.
  • Not confirmed yet: usually a leftover from a profile you reset or a browser you no longer use. Safe to Remove.
Note. We do not delete entries on a guess. A push service keeps accepting messages for a browser that is long gone and never tells the sender, so an entry is only removed automatically when the browser or the push service says for certain that it is finished. Removing one entry never affects your other devices or your event toggles.

iPhone & iPad (iOS 16.4 or newer)

Safari on iOS only delivers push notifications to apps added to the Home Screen. It's a one-time setup:

  1. 1Open qreate.cloud in Safari (not Chrome — iOS push requires Safari's Add to Home Screen).
  2. 2Tap the Share button (the square with an up arrow).
  3. 3Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  4. 4Open QREATE from the new home-screen icon (not the Safari tab).
  5. 5Go to Dashboard → Account → Notifications and tap Enable on this device, then Allow.
Note. You must be on iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or later, and you must open QREATE from the home-screen icon — notifications don't work from a normal Safari tab. If Enable on this device says unsupported, update iOS and re-add to the Home Screen.

Android

  1. 1Open qreate.cloud in Chrome.
  2. 2(Optional) Chrome menu ⋮ → Add to Home screen for an app-like icon.
  3. 3Go to Dashboard → Account → Notifications and tap Enable on this device, then allow the prompt.

Desktop (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)

Just open Dashboard → Account → Notifications, click Enable on this device, and allow the prompt. Alerts arrive in your operating system's notification centre even when the tab is closed (as long as the browser is running).

Not getting notifications?

  • Check the toggle for that event is on under What you get notified about.
  • Make sure notifications aren't blocked for qreate.cloud in your browser/site settings.
  • On iPhone: confirm you opened the home-screen app, not the Safari tab, and that you're on iOS 16.4+.
  • Some events can be switched off platform-wide by QREATE; those simply won't appear in your list.
Tip. Notifications are always opt-in and per-device. Remove a device under Your devices, or turn everything off by revoking the browser permission — nothing is sent without your say-so.
